Julius Randle Seven Three-Pointers Helps Knicks Close Out Hawks in The Second Half With a 123-112 Victory.

Julius Randle had one of the best games of his career with 44 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. He set a career-high with seven three-pointers made and the Knicks set a season high 17 three-pointers made. Randle is having the best season of his career and I think he is playing well enough to play in the All Star Game. RJ Barrett had 21 points and 7 rebounds and Immanuel Quickley came off the bench with 16 points and 5 assists. The Knicks shot very well as a team, making 51% of their field goals and 82% from the line. The Knicks improve to 14-15 and have won three games in a row.

Trae Young led the Hawks with 23 points and 8 assists and Clint Capela had 15 points and 18 rebounds. John Collins had 19 points for the Hawks, only attempted one shot in the 4th Quarter and Young missed all his four shots in the 4th Quarter. Cam Reddish had 16 points and 6 rebounds and Danilo Gallinari came off the bench with 16 points and 5 rebounds. The Hawks have lost four games in a row and 7 out of their last 8 games. The Hawks fall to 11-16, their are not a top eight team anymore in the East and they are definitely a playoff team. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish and they still have until early April to make a playoff run.
