Abners Angels Presents Interview With Model “Sasha Gomez”

Sasha Gomez also known as “The Butterfly” is a Singer/ Songwriter/ Engineer and Model from Atlanta, Georgia. She has worked with the likes of Betty Wright, Trey Songz, Young Joc, Novel and many more. She released an album self titled “Sasha Gomez” which she wrote, recorded and mixed in her home studio. Sasha began modeling in 2016 and has worked with many photographers in Atlanta. She is building a name for herself in the modeling and music industry.

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

It feels good to be selected, blessed.  

What was the first job you ever booked as a model?

I got booked for T.I. and Tiny’s show to model for Toya Wright’s hair bonnets. 

What physical features do you get the most compliments on?

My eyes and smile.  

Do you prefer indoor or outdoor shoots?

Outdoor. 

When it comes to modeling, what is something we would be surprised to learn?

I never wanted to be a model, I thought I couldn’t do it.

Have you achieved all of your modeling goals yet, if now what else would you like to accomplish?

I’ve achieved most of my goals, but I want to be on the cover of Vogue.  That’s a goal I recently set and it’s going to happen. 

What is the most memorable present Santa has ever brought you?

My studio equipment. 

What’s the most expensive thing you’ve broken?

My computer I had years ago, that was the worst day ever. 

What’s your best childhood memory?

Riding in the car with my granddaddy eating ice cream. 

What’s the craziest thing a guy has ever done to get your attention?

Talked to my mom first, to get me to talk to him. 

If given a chance to meet three most famous people on the earth, who would it be, answer in order of preference?

Beyoncé, Ariana Grande and Cardi B. 

Has there been an incidence that has changed your life forever?

Yes, losing my daughter, but it taught me how precious life is.
