Abners Angels Presents Interview With Model “Siva”.

SIVA is a 24 year old costume designer, fashion designer and model based out of the Las Vegas area. Born in D.C., Siva has lived in a total of nine cities and has been traveling the country since a child. Her diversity stems from her travel and can be seen in her striking designs and photoshoots.

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

I’m honored, thank you for having me.

How long have you been modeling and what inspired you to become a model?

I’ve been modeling since about 2018 now.  What made me do my first shoot actually wasn’t the idea of being a model, lol.  Honestly at the time I decided to take on a vegan lifestyle and lost a lot of weight, so I became really insecure.  I did the shoots nude to force myself to embrace my body, by displaying it as art.  It was a self love practice and I guess people like that.  So it worked out well, lol.  I no longer do these shoots, because of course things go left quickly.  People aren’t mature, you get put into a bubble.  But that’s how it originally started.

What is your favorite physical attribute about yourself?

My smile, my lips.  I think I have a very sexy face, lol.

What part of your body gets the most compliments?

My smile, my lips, my breast surprisingly.  Cause I’m bitty, lol.  The shape of my ass.  Compliments are pretty evenly distributed throughout my body these days.  Which is awesome, because I’ve been working out and it seems to be paying off.  That sounds so extra like I’m feeling myself and I really hate that.

What kind of exercises you do to stay in shape?

Currently with gyms closed, I use resistance bands, ankle weights and focus on glutes, my back and abs.  If gyms were open, I’m a free weights person completely, not big on cardio.

Tell everyone about your business and what inspired you to start it?

S’vad is my baby!! I got my business license and formed the LLC in 2018.  I had a great time working with wholesale vendors, establishing relationships and fulfilling orders for clients.  I don’t know what inspired me.  I’ve always loved fashion, although I had intentions to go to school for Forensic Science, I randomly went to school for Costume Design at NSULA.  I designed costumes for theatre and film and from there decided to brand off into fashion design.  It was something I caught on to quickly, I built a team of 13 or so beautiful women to be my Las Vegas model street team and I was rapidly growing my brand.  Unfortunately, in April 2019 my father got very ill and we discovered he had CIDP.  His health continued to decline and at the point of him having to get an emergency open heart surgery.  I decided to temporarily shut down my business, given I was often storing my overflow inventory in my families garage.  I’ve used my time away to rebrand myself away from fast fashion, wholesalers and do what I went to school to do, which is to create unique designs and release them.  Currently with Covid-19 I’m unsure when I will be reopening, but I’m prepared to make my mark on the city the moment things are back in action!

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done for a guy?

Trust him 😂.

What’s the most spontaneous thing you’ve ever done?

I’m so spontaneous, I just drove up to Lake Mead today by myself for some fresh air.  I do random sh*t every day honestly, I couldn’t tell you!

What are some small pleasures that make you way happier than they should?

FOOD!! Oh my God.  Yesterday I ate a whole pizza, 10 pieces of cheese bread and a carrot cake.  I have a problem.

If you had access to a time machine, where and when would you go?

Before corona, literally any time before corona.

If you could change anything about the way you were raised, what would it be?

I would force my ass to socialize with others, because I’m soooo shy now and I think that’s so immature.  Other girls tend to think because I’m shy, I’m weak, well..
