Dannie Lewis is located in New Haven, Connecticut. She is a passionate, explosive model and photographer who is daring and exciting. She is a mother of two and owns a dog training business with her husband. Her plans are to one day have a farm to train dogs who need homes. She plans on traveling the world and enjoying the experience.

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

I am very honored and happy to be apart!

Who was your role model as a child and how did that help in being a model?

My mother, she was also a model herself.  My mother’s confidence and advice helped pave the way.

Was modeling something you always wanted to do, or did it just kinda happen?

Yes and no.  As a child and teenager I was always told you had to be tall to be a runway model and it discouraged me being I’ve always been tiny.  I had to model during my singing career and realized I loved it.  So I pursued modeling instead.

What physical features do you get the most compliments on? What are you insecure about?

I get compliments most on my freckles and smile.  I am insecure about my legs.

What is your favorite physical attribute about yourself?

My lips.

If you could eliminate one thing from your life today, what would it be?

Bills!

What did a teacher say that has stuck with you?

I remember 6th grade I was suppose to be in the talent show with a few friends, but they got in trouble and could not do it.  My teacher wanted me to make a dance in one night and in the morning perform in the talent show alone against 7th and 8th grade kids.  I was the new kid and I told her I couldn’t, I was so scared they would laugh at me.  She said no you can do anything and I believe in you.  Well I won.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done for a guy?

Have his child!

What is your favorite birthday memory?

My 30th my husband proposed to me.

What 30 seconds would you erase from your life if you could?

My fathers death.  Seeing someone you love in a casket, can sometimes never be erased.
