Joe Louis Harris is an Offensive Lineman for the Carolina Cobras in the National Arena League. The Cobras began their inaugural season in 2018 and won the National Arena League football championship in their first season. Joe is from Lithonia, Georgia and played football at Lithonia High School.

What inspires you to play football?
My name, my legacy helps me and inspire me to stay going and going. Seeing the face on my mom’s face and my brothers to know that football can not only change your life, but better yourself as an individual.
What are the biggest hurdles you had to overcome to get where you are as an athlete?
Not getting drafted and being able to showcase my talent to the NFL when I was supposed to. It help me to push and show that no matter where you come from small or big. Pushing and striving for what you consider your goals are in life.
What is your training schedule like?
Film At 9:30, Team Workouts At 12-2:30 and we have a second conditioning session at 5:00.
Which football player inspired you in your career?
My High School coach /Mentor/Agent Marcus Jelks.
Would you consider coaching after you retire?
Yes.
Who are you closest to in your family?
My brother Jordan Harris he plays at Valdosta State in Ga.
What’s one thing that defines who you are?
Loyal.
Where’s the coolest place you’ve ever been/traveled to?
Bakersfield, California.
What cartoon did you watch the most as a child?
Ed, Edd n Eddy.
How do you relax after a hard day of work?
