What role does family play in your life?
My family plays a huge role in my life, before my mom passed, she was my biggest supporter at every show. Although she is gone, I still feel her presence at every show. Then my children are my rocks, Isaiah, Kevin and Frank. They hold me down when I have to travel, they are my sound boards when I create new music, they are my stylist at times, lol. They really keep me grounded. Also, my cousins Maurice and Naomi, they really have had my back since the passing of my mom, making sure I don’t go crazy.
