Noble Investment Group (“Noble”) today announced the official opening of the new LEED-certified Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Midtown and Element by Westin Atlanta Midtown – the first-ever combination of the Courtyard by Marriott and Element by Westin brands under one roof.  Located on the famed intersection of Ponce de Leon Avenue and Peachtree Street, the hotels bring a combined 282 new rooms and suites and the highly anticipated Ponce Room Bar & Kitchen to Midtown Atlanta’s thriving business, arts and entertainment district.
