Kiara was born and raised in South Florida. She likes to sing, dance, make YouTube videos and hang out with friends and family in her free time. She has been modeling since the age of 10.

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

It makes me feel really honored honestly.  I appreciate this opportunity, thank you so much.

What are your modeling goals for 2020?

Well, there’s definitely a long list.  I would say the biggest one on my list is to finally be seen.  I want people to see what I can bring to the table and see me for what I am.  I don’t want to just be seen as a pretty face that looks good in front of a camera.  I want people to look at my pictures and see a story or feel something.  Whether that feeling is happy, sad or mind blown.

What is your most memorable modeling moment?

When I was around 10 years old, I joined a commercial casting that was about Jello.  I remember practicing my lines everywhere I went.  At restaurants, at the mall and at my dad softball games.  Then when the day came to finally audition, I remember I wore my hair down and curly.  I had missing teeth, wore a navy blue tank top with sparkles and some bootcut denim jeans.  I walked up on the stage and down to the microphone.  I started my lines that I’ve been practice which was “ Mhm Jello, it shakes, it shines and it comes in red, yellow, orange and green.  Mhmmmm Jello”.  Later that audition day after everyone was done, they then began to call up who they wanted.  My name was the first one called and they had us go into another room.  I remember sitting there with my parents so happy, smiling from ear to ear.

What is your greatest weakness, as a model? What are you doing to improve on it?

I wouldn’t say it’s a weakness, because it’s an issue a lot of girls face.  It’s easy to look at yourself and feel oh I need to do this and that.  Honestly not much, just continuing to take care of myself.  By working out, getting my hair, nails and feet done.

What do you think you look the sexiest in?

I think I look the sexiest in anything I feel comfortable in.  If I’m wearing jeans, I feel comfortable and cute, then I feel sexy and confident.

What are your goals as a model?

I have many goals for myself as a model.  I’ll give you a short term goal and then a long term goal.  Short term would be walking the runway, which I am going to be accomplishing soon.  Now my long term is to one day be on the cover of a Vogue Magazine.

Who do you want to be more like?

I don’t want to be like anyone really, but there are people who inspire me.  The people that inspire me are Zendaya, Jude Demorest and Ryan Destiny.  These people don’t just inspire me, they inspire my shoots, the way I dress and lifestyle.

Would you rather spend the day at an art, history or science museum?

I would rather spend the day at an art museum, because there’s beauty in art.  I feel like every art piece tells a story in their own way.

Which aspect of your life is going really well right now and which aspect could you use some help with?

I would say every aspect honestly.  I’m really happy and blessed, I can’t complain.

What is one thing you absolutely won’t compromise or sacrifice for a relationship?

One thing I absolutely wont compromise or sacrifice is probably me being able to be myself.  If there’s something you don’t like about me, but I love it and it’s a big part of who I am.  I’m not changing that or watering myself down just to be tolerated.

If you could go back and relive one year from your childhood, which year would it be and why?

One year I wish I could go back and relive would most definitely be my modeling stage.  They taught me the importance of make up and how to style myself.  They taught me how to walk the runway and gave me many opportunities.
