Alexandrea Dendy is a 22 year old model from Lithonia, GA.  She currently is pursuing her modeling career and Masters of Accountancy in Orlando, Florida.  While pursuing her modeling career, Alexandrea keeps her focus on God’s will for her life making sure to stay grateful for all of the opportunities that have come her way.

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

I am truly honored to have been selected to be an Abners Angels.  Thank you for the opportunitiy.

What made you become a model?

In the beginning, it was a way for me to express myself in the form of fashion modeling.  As I have gained more experience and exposure, it has inspired me to broaden my horizon and create art.  Modeling is much more than curating the perfect Instagram.  It’s been an inspiring journey for not only me, but the younger generation who looks up to me.

What is your greatest weakness, as a model? What are you doing to improve on it?

My greatest weakness as a model is not fitting in society’s standards in regards to height. I’m 5’5, yet runway models are typically 5’8.  Biologically, there isn’t anything I can do. However, it pushes me to work harder to make my presence known despite my height.

What physical features do you get the most compliments on?

My smile and my skin are my most complimented features.

What is your most memorable modeling moment?

My most memorable modeling moment was being featured in Fotomodel Magazine.  It showed me that all my hardwork and determination is paying off.

What kind of exercises you do to stay in shape?

My favorite exercises to incorporate in my workout are back squats, rows and planks.

What qualities do you want in your life partner?

Honestly, I ultimately want what God has for me.  I think a lot of times we focus on what we want, rather than what we need.

What’s one thing you’re scared to ask a man, but really want to?

There isn’t anything I am scared to ask.

What’s your most valuable possession?

I would have to say my clothes are my most valuable possessions.  Fashion is my favorite way to express my personality.

Would you rather spend five days exploring New York City or Disney?

I would definitely prefer exploring New York, because it’s a huge environment for fashion.

Are you a flower person or a gift person?

I am a flower person!

Has there been an incidence that has changed your life forever?

Losing my sister and father changed my life forever.  Everything I do is for them.
