Abners Angels Presents Interview With Model “JDNicole”

Jasmine is a Afro-Latina model known as JDNicole from Austin, Texas.  She started modeling two years ago as a hobby and then transcended to her wanting to break the mold of what a model should be and look like.  She loves to be with her family and perfecting her craft in modeling and learn basics in photography.

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

It’s an honor to be an Abners Angel!

Was modeling something you always wanted to do, or did it just kinda happen?

Yes, it’s always been something I’ve wanted to do.  My parents had me in pageants when I was a baby and always had a camera out.

What are your modeling goals for 2019?

My modeling goals for 2019 is to be published in a magazine for sure.

What physical features do you get the most compliments on? What are you insecure about?

I get a lot of compliments of my lips and my vitiligo on my right eye.  I would probably say I’m insecure about my height.  I’m too short!

What are some of the biggest challenges you have faced?

The biggest challenges I’ve faced are being told I don’t fit the “model criteria”. Apparently you have to have certain assets to be a model.

What do you do to stay in shape?

I go to the gym, lift, minor cardio to keep fat low but not too much too lose a lot of fat.  My goal right now is to gain.

Your favorite quote or motto?

My motto is to stay positive and keep pushing even when things are getting tough.  There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel.

What’s the craziest thing a guy has ever done to get your attention?

Call my phone 15+ times, haha.

What was your worst first (and last) date?

I don’t have any bad dates to be honest.

What is the number one philosophy you live by?

My philosophy is “Without deviation from the norm, progress is not possible”.

What’s your best childhood memory?

My best childhood memory would have to be visiting my family in San Francisco, California.  Exploring the city on the double decker bus and feeling the cold ass breeze from the bay crossing the Golden Gate Bridge.

What’s something everyone should experience at least once in their life?

Everyone should experience real love for what it is.  Someone who admires you, that wants to see you do better in life and help lead you to making better decisions for the long run.
