Working Woman Wednesday. Interview With Chef Kenna from Hell’s Kitchen.

Chef Kenna is from Grand Junction, Tennessee.  She has spent eight years in the industry cooking.  Kenna was a contestant on Season 15 of Hell’s Kitchen.  She likes being a mom to her daughter.

What inspired you to become a chef?

It kinda just happened, I actually wanted to own a daycare.

What is your favorite food to bake?

Custom cakes.

What is your greatest weakness, as a chef? What are you doing to improve on it?

Not saying no enough.

What was your experience like on Hell’s Kitchen Season 15 and would you recommend any chefs to go on there?

Hell’s Kitchen was awesome.  I actually tell people all the time how to get on these shows.

What are your goals as a chef?

To keep mentoring the next generation of chefs.

What is your favorite food and restaurant?

Lol, IHOP.

Picnic in the Park.

Who is on the guest list for your ideal dinner party?

Leah Chase, Marvin Woods, all my chef friends and Beyoncé.

What’s one thing that defines who you are?

My over the top personality.

Helping others!
