It’s not often these days to find a young artist who devotes their entire existence into her music and philanthropy work.  Tiara Yvonne was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, is a Pop/R&B artist.  Tiara’s music fits within the Pop & R&B genre with influences like Erykah Badu, Jhene Aiko, and the recent success of Cardi B.  Tiara is working on her first official EP which shows off her versatility and telling a story about her life up to date. Being passionate about her music career, Tiara is to be the voice for those who may be voiceless.  This ambitious full time mom is ready to take the industry by storm.

When did you decide to become a Pop/R&B artist?

When I was 18 years old I was with a girl group and we did R&B, Pop, etc.

How would you describe your musical style?

I have my own style.  I wouldn’t really compare it to anything or any other artist, because I don’t sound or try to sound like anyone.  I truly create what comes from my heart and it has caused me to make great music.

Who are your musical icons/influences?

My musical influences would def be Erykah Badu, Jhene Aiko, J. Cole, Drake and Tupac. They are just my top five.

Artist you would like to do a song with?

The entire top five I just listed, along with Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, Lil Baby, Maroon 5 and Bad Bunny.

What is a typical day/week like for you?

I’m a mother 24/7, then usually it’s a day of artists development.  A day at the studio, 1-2 days at the gym, seven days of writing and 3-4 days at work and/or traveling.

Any upcoming projects coming up that you would like to share with readers?

My project will be coming out at the beginning of 2019.  I’m so excited I can’t wait for people to hear my story and most importantly my truth.  I’m also set to be releasing my first ever vlog series this winter, so I’m excited for the world to see who I really am outside of Instagram.

What are your top three healthy habits?

Praying and meditating, working out and drinking water.

What song on your iPod would surprise people?

My playlist probably with all my old school songs I jam.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done for a guy?

Let my guard down and trust him, lmao.  That’s the CRAZIEST thing I’ve ever done for a guy seriously.

What would be your ideal first date?

I like being out, maybe a nice intimate restaurant with a rooftop and nice view.

What’s the best thing about your life right now?

Watching my son be GREAT and my music, those two things alone put me in my happiest place.
