Who or what inspired you to open Dakota Blue…

My son was the inspiration for me to start Dakota Blue Retail.  I wanted to create a stream of income that could be passed down as generational wealth.

Some of my goals for the future of Dakota Blue…

Is to have a multi-million-dollar business.  Make Dakota Blu a lifestyle brand and to be sold in retail stores as well.  I want my product to leave an impression and put a smile on people’s faces. 

The hardest part about growing my business is…

Multitasking.  I have stay on top of social media, emails and other marketing tasks while working on the product.  Which requires a lot of time management.

The social media task you dread the most is…

Keeping up with the constantly changing algorithms and best practices for each platform. 

The best thing I ever did for my business was…

Taking a leap of faith and fully investing in my future.
