Shanice Renee is from Louisiana and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been modeling for 4.5 years and she is an actress. She owns a kids clothing store called Boutique Simone. She loves high fashion, beauty, fashion shows, print modeling and commercial modeling. 

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

It feels great to be selected as one of the Abners Angels! I’m excited to do this interview. 

What inspired you to become a model?

My mom inspired me to become a model.  It was a dream of hers and she didn’t get to pursue it.  I love that she’s able to live it through me.  Seeing the joy and happiness it brings her when she gets videos and pictures of me, really lights up my heart.  I loved watching fashion shows on TV as a kid.  I even enjoyed looking thru fashion magazines, it was very exciting for me.  I enjoy modeling like it’s truly a passion and a happy place for me.  It doesn’t even feel like I’m working. 

What was your favorite photoshoot and why?

My favorite photoshoot so far has been with Jasmine who owns fashion_riot photography.  She’s amazing and we always create magic when we work together. 

What is one model/photographer you would love to work with?

I have two models I would love to work with, Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell.  Those two women are phenomenal, I love them! There are so many fabulous photographers, I don’t even know who to pick. 

What do you think the sexiest part of your body is?

My eyes and lips.

How many times have you been published?

I’ve been published 10 times and it’s an amazing feeling! I’m also on at least 3-4 websites doing print modeling.  I’m currently reaching to be published 20 times this year and get my face on the cover of a few of those.  I’m manifesting it daily.

What song do you know all the words to?

Hmmm, that’s a good question.  I’ll say, “Can We Talk” by Tevin Campbell. 

Can you go 24 hours without cursing?

Yes.  I believe I can, lol.

What’s the one country you wish to travel to within the next three years?

Okay this a good one, it’s two countries I would love to travel to.  One is Belize, that’s a beautiful place and it’s been on the top of my list forever.  I also want to travel to Thailand as well, it’s another beautiful place. 

What are some qualities that make a man highly attractive besides his looks?

His intelligence, his level of patience and his ability to fully be a man.  A man that doesn’t look for attention or recognition from anyone.  His ability to have a real conversation. 

What is that one thing that you always manage to buy, no matter how broke you are?

Starbucks, lol.

What three things are you most proud of in your life to date?

I’m proud of not giving up on myself.  I’m proud of being a great mother to my daughter.  I’m very proud of finishing college and getting my bachelor’s degree during a whole pandemic.
