How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

I’m grateful to have been considered, I appreciate the opportunity.

What inspired you to become a model?

I was inspired to become a model when I was asked to be a hair model for a coworker of mine.  She was looking to showcase her talent in a popular hair magazine and I accepted her offer.  The whole experience of working with a professional photographer was new to me, but enjoyable, nonetheless.  Due to the encouragement and support I received from those involved.

What are some of the perks working as a model?

Would be the travel and networking opportunities, free gifts and the ability to create pieces of art by simply being myself.

What are three things you like about your appearance?

Three things I like about my appearance are my eyes, smile and the shape of my body.

Do you like exercising or lifting weights?

I like to exercise by dancing and doing yoga.  My routine is yoga in the morning and/or at night before bed.  During the day I always take time out to dance, whether it’s only for 15 minutes or an hour.

What physical features do you get the most compliments on?

I would say I get the most compliments on my eyes and my hips.

How many countries have you visited?

I haven’t been out of the country YET, but that will be changing this year!

What is something men think is harmless, but totally annoys you?

It annoys me when men don’t plan dates.

What talents do you wish you had?

I wish I could fly a plane.

What was the first song that made you want to fall in love?

Turn Your Lights Down Low by Bob Marley featuring Lauryn Hill.

If you could meet any figure from history, who would it be?

I would say Mansa Musa.

If you died tomorrow, what would you want people to remember about you?

I would want people to remember the good times we shared, as well as my positivity and optimism towards life.  To remember that anything is possible and to be true to themselves no matter what that looks like to anyone else.

How can everyone keep in contact with you on social media?

They can keep in contact by following me on Instagram and Twitter @ClaszieVerMaj and on TikTok @Claszie.VerMaj.
