Ariana Edwards is from Orlando, Florida and 23 years old with a major in photography and film. Ariana is not new to the modeling scene and started modeling when she was 4 years old. She started acting in school at 16 which made her want to pursue movies. She’s a TikTok sensation with over 130k followers. She has high hopes in becoming a multi published model, actress featured in brands across the world as her modeling and acting career continues.

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

I feel so honored and truly grateful to have been selected as one of Abners Angels, especially at such an early stage in my career.  A huge blessing.

What made you become a model?

My sister took me to her first audition for America’s Next Top Model.  I got to meet Tyra Banks, show her my walk and she loved it.  She said I had a confident walk, from there deep down I have always been interested in modeling/fashion.  As I got older a lot of people asked if I have ever tried modeling or acting and that I have the face for it.  I started making connections and finding photographers that would want to collaborate with me.  I have been modeling for 17 years now and it’s the most fantastic experience in the world.

What do you think you look the sexiest in?

I would say I look the sexiest in lingerie and bathing suits gives me extra confidence booster.

What is your favorite physical attribute about yourself? 

A physical attribute about myself that’s my favorite I would say is my hair, my hair is everything.

Do you prefer indoor or outdoor shoots?

I actually prefer both.  Indoor shoots are fun using different lighting or background, but with outdoor shoots you get real life nature and natural sunlight.

If you could get your entire body done for free, would you? If so, why?

I wouldn’t get my body done, it’s so overrated now.  Everyone getting their body done, I rather be natural.

Relaxing vacations or action vacations?

I rather take a relaxing vacation.  After a long day of shooting for hours before the sun goes down, I like to relax.

Arctic or the tropics?

I prefer the tropics, I don’t do the cold.

What did you get sent to the principal’s office for when you were in school?

I never got sent to the principal’s office, I was a good child.  I would eat lunch with my cool a** principal, she was the sweetest black queen ever and always looking out for her kids. 

If you could only eat at one restaurant the rest of your life, what would it be?

I would pick Kobe’s.  

If you could give men one piece of advice, what would it be? 

Treat women with respect.

Tell me something about yourself that sounds made up, but is 100% true?

I’m Puerto Rican, Jamaican and Native American.  I found out five years ago that I was a distant relative of Rihanna, her great great great grandmother and my great great great grandfather were married at one point.

What have you overcome in life that no one knows about?

I overcame my fear of what others would think about me and my appearance.
