Kyrah Crosswire is 25 years old and a Chicago native. She was introduced to the arts (music, modeling, acting & etc.) at a very young age. She is now a brand ambassador, influencer and an upcoming YouTube sensation.

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

I am so flattered and thrilled to share with you guys who Kyrah Crosswire really is beyond the surface level. 

Was modeling something you always wanted to do, or did it just kinda happen?

Modeling has always been something I have loved.  My mom got me stared at a young age, at four years old I had her being my personal photographer.  With the help of my mother, I was able to partner with Chicago Zoological Society – Brookfield Zoo to have an ongoing print campaign for years.  I was pictured on the pace bus, a billboard on I-290, a mural in North Riverside Mall, brochures handed out to guests at the zoo and even have a picture that still is hanging at one of the main entrances.

Where do you see yourself in five years contributing to modeling?

I see myself doing major influencer campaigns and brand ambassadorships for major brands.  It’s always something I’ve enjoyed and I can’t wait to collaborate with some larger brands in beauty and fashion! 

What do you think the sexiest part of your body is?

My lips.  I have always been complemented on them and it’s honestly my favorite feature about myself besides my smile.

Do you like exercising or lifting weights?

I don’t like lifting weights at all, haha.  Working out isn’t so bad, but I would prefer running.

What song on your iPod would surprise people?

There’s a lot that probably would, I’m such a songbird.  I listen to most genres of music.

If you could jump into a pool of anything, what would it be?

If we’re speaking literally, money! Figuratively I would say success.  It’s something I’m destined for, so to indulge such a large amount would be well deserved and satisfying.

What’s something you really resent paying for?

Chicago parking tickets, haha. 

What’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself from a past relationship?

That I’m too nice sometimes, boundaries should be set.  No matter how good something looks doesn’t mean it’s good for your spirit or deserving of your energy.

Which aspect of your life is going really well right now and which aspect could you use some help with?

My social media presence is growing so well, I am at over 7K on Instagram and I am about to hit 1,000 subscribers on YouTube.  Shout out to my DOPECREW family, I love you all! I could use some help not getting so overwhelmed with tasks that I put unrealistic completion times on. I’m a workaholic.

What is one thing that brings a smile to your face, no matter the time of day?

Thinking about how far I have come and how much further I have to go.
