UCF Escapes Tulane With 14-10 Homecoming Victory

Wide Receiver Brandon Johnson saved the day for UCF with a 23 yard catch and touchdown pass from Mikey Keene.  Keene threw for 229 yards and 2 touchdowns.  Wide Receiver Ryan O’Keefe had 11 catches for 94 yards and Johnson had 2 catches for 73 yards, both had 1 touchdown each.  Running Back Isaiah Bowser rushed 54 yards and had 1 catch for 24 yards.

Tulane scored all 10 of their points in the third quarter and almost spoiled UCF’s homecoming.  Quarterback Michael Pratt threw for 147 yards.  Running Back Tyjae Spears rushed for 77 yards, 1 touchdown and had 5 catches for 35 yards. Tulsa falls to 1-8, UCF is 6-3 and bowl eligible with this victory.
