What inspired you to start KR Home Improvement LLC.?
I started out investing in real estate when I was 18 years old as a landlord. I always wanted to flip houses, but felt I needed more experience before jumping into a riskier investment. After working with one of the largest real estate investing and management firms in the world, Greystar, I built up the confidence to venture out on my own at the age of 23. KR Home Improvement LLC started out as a flipping business and has evolved to a home remodeling business. My partner, Kristjan Rudovic and I post all our before and after pictures of our remodels on social media. We started to get A LOT of inquiries from people to do their kitchens and bathrooms, especially friends and family. Now we have customers all over south Jersey who are loyal and repeat customers. They keep us VERY busy. Our customers are people who are very grateful to have people that care about them and our work speaks for itself.
As a business owner, what are your top three priorities?
My top three priorities are to build a brand people can trust, have strong client relationships and invest in employee growth.
What is one thing you think customers should know about your business that they may not be aware of?
We believe our contractors to be artists. Every project is different and requires a level of skill and attention to detail that takes over a decade to build. Some people have this perception when it comes to remodels and believe there should be a daily rate for high end work. I want my clients to know, you are not paying for the amount of time our guys are in your house. You are paying for the years of work our contractors had to put in to gain those skills, the attention to detail they require, the chiropractor appointments they have to pay for and the design skills of our team.
What are some of your goals for the future of KR Home Improvement LLC?
I see KR Home Improvement expanding in more cities across the country as we grow and become the go to trusted company when it comes to home remodeling services. I see customers seeking us out for our unique designs. I see our limitless potential.

What inspired you to create “Creating Your Own Reality” podcast?
I started “Creating Your Own Reality Podcast” as a way to give back to my audience. People who have been following me for a while now and have witnessed my growth wanted more. I can only provide so much information on Instagram. I started my YouTube to go into more detail on how I was able to get to where I am and how my community can get there too. I do believe there is enough out there for everyone to make the life of their dreams and I wanted to be a liaison of that.
If you could write a new law that everyone had to obey, what law would you create?
It would be that everyone is required to go to therapy. People really overlook how much your mindset can positively or negatively change your life. It is an investment I believe could change the world.
What was one of the happiest moments of your childhood?
Was when I went to Greece with my middle school class. That trip expanded my mind and created a curiosity of international travel early on, something that I still enjoy to this very day.

Name one thing you spend too much time on?
I spend too much time over-thinking. This is something I am working on, being an overthinker is a blessing and a curse. I am able to deduce several scenarios for a single action and how it could negatively or positively affect me to reduce risk, BUT on the other hand it can be very paralyzing.
What’s something that has gotten worse, as it’s gotten more popular?
Social media. As social media has entered our everyday lives, I think it is important more than ever that we become more conscious users of what we consume everyday. Big businesses are using this platform to manipulate shopping patterns, political views and keep the consumers un-satisfied with this beautiful thing we call life. It is important to follow people who add value to your life, instead of draining it.
What’s something everyone should experience at least once in their life?
I believe everyone should try to leave the country at least once. Having a worldly view of life can open up your eyes to more than you think.
What is something you like to do that people would be surprised to know about you?
I am not just what I do and I don’t center myself around what it is I do. I try my best to live a full life and challenge myself physically, creatively and spiritually, so I can show up as the best version of myself for my clients and my family!

How can everyone keep in contact with you on social media?
You can follow me @nicolejglass on Instagram! I interact with all my followers in the comment section and you can also direct message me. My response time may be slow, but I promise my responses are always thoughtful.
