Canadian super trainer, Jole has been getting her clients in shape and in health for over 15 years.  The fitness guru is a full-time rehabilitation professional on a trauma unit in Toronto and certified Stott Pilates Instructor.  Jole is Pilates Reformer, Total Barre and TRX certified.  The fitness professional works with able bodies, the orthopedic rehabilitation community and her patients on the trauma unit.  Jole established Forever Fit to focus on her clients’ individual wants and needs and how to make them one.  Jole’s clients rave about their results and the personal attention to their well-being.  Jole’s Zoom classes can be found on Forever Fit’s website and no client is left behind at Forever Fit.
