Tyla Regan is a curvy model located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her first photoshoot was in 2018, she knew that this was a career she wanted to take. She has been signed to three agencies throughout the U.S. and her favorite type of photoshoots are high fashion and beauty. Her dedication, perseverance and positive attitude will continue to grow her ample opportunities along the line.

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

It feels honored to be selected as one of the Abners Angels. It is a blessing to be noticed for all my hard work and dedication.

How long have you been modeling and what inspired you to become a model?

I have been modeling for about three years, I would say the first two years was more of me getting comfortable in front of the camera. The first two years I would consider myself freelance, but within 2020 is when I transitioned to a signed experienced model. I guess you could say America’s Next top model inspired me. When I was younger I would dress up and practice in front of the TV. 

What is your favorite physical attribute about yourself?

My favorite physical attribute I would say about myself is my eyes. I have a unique eye color, their not brown but not hazel either it’s like a perfect middle. When I shoot I can shift my eyes depending on the concept of the shoot. I inherited the true sense of smizing with my eyes and every headshot shoot I do always comes out beautifully .

How do you maintain your figure?

I am a curvy model, but I still maintain my figure. I work out about four to five times a week. I watch my food portions and I still eat what I want. I drink plenty of water, especially when I have a busy day shooting. 

How many times have you been published?

I have been published a handful of times, more on Instagram pages and less in magazines.

What are your modeling goals for 2021?

My goals this year as a model are set high. I am moving to L.A. in August and from there move myself on a high bracket. I want to get signed to a major agency such as muse curve, Ford+ and natural models USA. I always want to walk for Savage X Fenty fashion show, as well as bookings for Vogue and Makeup Cosmetics. As I develop as a model, I set higher bars for myself. 

What is your most cherished childhood memory?

Spending quality time with my aunt before she passed away. She was an incredible person and foster mother, so I always loved her presence around. 

Name something that your mother or grandma cooked that was your favorite?

One thing my grandma would only cook during special occasions that I loved was her homemade macaroni. 

What do you think should be on everyone’s bucket list?

Doing the extreme like skydiving. I haven’t done it yet, but I plan on doing it this year for my 23rd birthday. 

What is something nonsexual that turns you on?

Pinterest, I can get on Pinterest all day looking up content and creative Ideas for photoshoots. 

How would someone get your special attention?

In order for someone to get my special attention you have to first approach me with respect. I am not a materialistic person, I like all the small things. 

If you could change one thing about the world what would it be and why?

One thing I would change about the world is more helpful resources. Enforcing better programs to help the homeless, struggling mothers and making transitions more smoothly for the incarcerated.
