Ari was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout her years of modeling, she has encountered so many opportunities and connections that has done nothing but to encourage her to grind harder. Her energy, creativity and positivity has placed her in positions that others see and grow from. She lives through keeping self-love within her heart and dedication. 

How does it feel to be selected as one of the Abners Angels?

Being selected as an Abners Angel feels great.  Social media has connected me with so many dope people with talents other than my own.  Thank you for wanting to interview me. 

How long have you been modeling and what inspired you to become a model?

I started modeling in 2018 and since then, grew in so many ways.  It all started with a club at my college.  It was a group of creatives in many categories (model, photographer, videographer, creative director and more) my top two choices were modeling and being a dope creative director.  After my first photoshoot, I felt amazing and was told to shoot for it.  Here I am now.

What do you think you look the sexiest in?

I believe that I look sexiest in really anything that I wear, from sweats and a cool top to lingerie or a bathing suit.  To me, confidence and sexiness lies within. 

Lingerie or Nude shoot?

Lingerie, if I was to really be nude, I would have to have a great body painter and a theme. 

How do you maintain your figure?

I work out certain days out of the week.  Sometimes I’m not perfect and slip up, but I am focused to maintain my figure. 

What are the best and worst parts of being a model?

Let’s start off with the worst, people not knowing your worth and also scammers.  I love the dedication that I have to put in for modeling and have ran into some bumps in the road with “fake gigs”.  Luckily I look at all of the details before joining or collaborating with anyone.  The best, really being able to show creativity in different forms.  Modeling can spread out so many ways with different routes.  It is a little challenging staying consistent with just one idea when the world is filled with SO MUCH! I love it. 

What do you struggle with the most when it comes to eating healthy?

I have come down to it, eat how much I want and maintain a consistent workout schedule to tone up my body.  I try to stay away from a lot of sodas and fast foods though. 

What is your go to convenience store snack on a road trip?

I love chocolate, gimme gimme! Lol. 

What’s the worst gift a partner has ever given you?

Inconsistency, yes I said it.  That’s not a great gift and it hurt to deal with someone that is not on the same page as you.  That’s when you truly know that it is time to let go and know your worth. 

What is something people assume about you based on your appearance?

Some people told me that I look mean, I don’t see it.  I have also been looked at as a party/club girl, I’m really a social introvert.  When I’m out I enjoy life, but I would love to be home in my comfort space. 

What is the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?

Is to stay consistent and motivated, I look at my growth within the years and I love it.  It’s hard, because there may be obstacles that come in the way to distract you on the bigger picture.  My goal is to not only have success in modeling, but with all of my creative talents.  I want to motivate others that giving up on your dreams, IS NOT an option. 

If you died tomorrow, what would you want people to remember about you?

Every time this thought goes through my mind, I smile.  Some may think it’s a sad thing to think about, but it brings joy to me because I KNOW that my image holds weight.  I am a kind, positive person that tries my best to make others happy and boost confidence with nothing needed in return.  Living in different areas and just my social media base has really brought me out of my comfort zone and I love helping others do the same.  People would remember my thrive, creativity, positivity, dedication, personality, the talks, laughs and memories that will stick forever.  I love it.
