As a business owner, what are your top three priorities?

Hospitality is very important with what we do.  It is important to make our guests feel welcome and appreciated.  Respect is very important to us also.  We make it a point to respect the people we work with and we also expect it in return.  Most importantly integrity.  The entertainment business is a really shady business.  This business can suck the morals and values right out of you if you let it.

What do you feel separates your events from others?

One thing that separate us from the others is we focus on giving our people the best show possible.  Its not only about the money, we want our supporter to leave our events satisfied.  Nobody is perfect but we aim to be men of honor at all cost.

What are some of your goals for the future of 719 Nightlife?

Our goal is to continue to grow and put on great events all over the U.S.

What are the pros and cons of owning a promotions company?

Pros: Traveling, meeting people from all walks of life, high reward and make my own schedule.  Cons: No guarantee money, late nights at clubs (I can’t stand clubs), working with people with no moral compass and can’t trust nobody.

Any upcoming events that you would like to share with readers?

On April 25th we have a comedy show called Nights of Laughter in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  On April 28th we have a concert called The Red Carpet Soul Jam! Featuring Dru Hill, Ginuwine any Mya in Wichita, Kansas.  The concert will be held at the Wave. Doors open at 5pm, Showtime at 6pm.  Tickets available at http://www.redcarpetsouljam.com

What is the number one philosophy you live by?

Positive thinking is more than just a tagline.  It changes the way we behave.  I firmly believe that when I am positive, it not only makes me better, but it also makes those around me better.

What’s on your bucket list?

Two things.  First thing is to book an arena and two is to sell it out.

What skill would you like to master?

Editing videos and pictures.

What’s the best advice someone has ever given to you?

Put God first in everything I do.

What is something people would be surprised to know about you?

That I don’t cuss, drink or smoke.
