What inspired you to make your Brass Cuisine Spices?
Cooking is a passion of mine. I used to be a caterer in 2015-2016. However, it was time consuming. The customers I had during that time always complimented me on my unique flavoring of the food I would prepare. I thought what better way to bring smiles to homes than to bottle my recipes one spice at a time.
What is unique about your business?
My business is unique, because all of my spices has a unique recipe that will make it extremely hard for others to duplicate. I converse with my customers on a daily basis and are open for any questions related to my brand, unlike many other brand named companies.
What are some of your goals for the future of Brass Cuisine Spices?
My goal is to become a household staple. I’d love to know that Brass Cuisine Spices are in homes worldwide. I’d also love to sell in some of the big name stores such as HEB, Kroger, Wal-Mart, etc.
For a first-time buyer, what items would you recommend to purchase from your website?
I’d recommend the Spice Pack. You definitely can’t go wrong with a variety of spices to choose from. My spice pack has every spice to accommodate any dish you’re preparing.
What’s the best part about your job?
The best part about my job is doing what I love, making people happy. Food/Cooking is love made visible. It brings smiles, happiness and a sense of togetherness to families. That’s the best part of producing spices to the world.
Favorite food and restaurant?
Favorite food is anything “Seafood” related. Crawfish, fish, shrimp, crabs, lobster, etc. Favorite restaurant is Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, Hanks Cajun Crawfish, Fish City Grill (Anything that has a variety of seafood options).
What is the number one philosophy you live by?
Save for a “Rainy Day”. So many people live to be seen or live for the day instead of living to protect their future.
What’s your most valuable possession?
Life. Each day God allows me to open my eyes is another chance to make a difference. To make an impact on the world. To make my parents and grandparents proud. That’s valuable to me.
What brings you the most joy in life?
My kids and my love for cooking. Both brings me so much joy and happiness.
What’s the best thing about your life right now?
The best thing about my life right now is working for myself and being on a road to being a full time entrepreneur.
Who is on the guest list for your ideal dinner party?
Oprah, Obama, to name a few, other than family and friends.
