Who or what inspired you to start INDikids Magazine…
Here is the short version of a longer story. I was inspired by a young kid at an album release party for a well-known rap artist. There was one kid entertainer in a room filled with adults from the entertainment industry. I thought to myself, “There’s no place for him and peers of his age to engage during an industry event.” At that moment, I realized the industry needed a safe place for children to launch their careers and in that instant, IndiKids was born.
The most challenging part of owning a magazine is…
Meeting our deadlines. Many talented people that I work with globally are always waiting to see themselves in the magazine for that season. Since we are a global brand, meeting deadlines and working with different time zones can sometimes be challenging.
Who or what inspired you to start Beautiful Khaos…
The demographics of aspiring young models is my inspiration for Beautiful Khaos. I wanted to create something for them that would allow them to have a mainstream presence. Because of the BK brand, many models have access to rooms that they only dreamed of. They have the opportunity to meet high-profile industry professionals while wearing my designs.
My top three priorities as a business owner are…
Stay Focused, believe in myself and what I am doing and execute.

The best thing I ever did for my business was…
Start it.
The skill I would like to master is…
I never really thought about a skill that I want to master, but if I had to pick one, I would say making homemade pasta. I’d love to eat it, but I don’t know how to make it from scratch.
The three apps I can’t live without are…
Instagram is one because all of my talent, both kids and teens, look for me there. TikTok, because this is where I get a lot of my insight on what’s going on in the world today, as it pertains to my industry. YouTube, because it keeps me listening to all of my music.
I am most at peace when I…
Meditate, it is a priory. I’m always giving everything to God, so my peace comes from him and I protect it at all times.
My life changed for the better when…
I chose to put me first for the first time in a long time.

What keeps me going in these turbulent times is…
The love of my children. When things get hard, I always think about them and it pulls me through every time.
