The Florida A&M Rattlers defeated the Texas Southern Tigers 52-28.  FAMU Quarterback Daniel Richardson passed for 267 yards, 5 touchdowns and 2 interceptions.  Five different players FAMU players had a receiving touchdown.  Tight End Jeremiah Pruitte and Wide Receiver Jaylen Ward led the Rattlers with 60 yards receiving.  Running Back Thaddius Franklin Jr. scored the Rattlers only rushing touchdown and Wide Receiver Robert Lockhart scored on a 91-yard kick return.

Texas Southern Quarterback Jace Wilson only passed for 53 yards, with 2 touchdowns and 1 interception.  Texas Southern Running Back Quintell Quinn had 15 carries for 71 yards and a touchdown.  Texas Southern Wide Receiver Donald McKinney had 2 catches for 33 yards and 2 touchdowns.  Running Back Chaunzavia Lewis scored on a 90-yard kick return.  The Rattlers are on a two-game winning streak and have won their last five homecoming games.
