Jackson State 4th Quarter Push Helps Them Defeat FAMU 35-21

Jackson State scored 15 unanswered points in the 4th quarter to defeat Florida A&M 35-21.  Jackson State Running Back Irvin Mulligan had 18 carries for 139 yards and 1 rushing touchdown.  Running Back had 5 carries for 22 yards and 2 rushing touchdowns. Jackson State Quarterback JaCobian Morgan passed for 155 yards and 1 interception.  Phillip Webb returned a 32-yard fumble for a touchdown to give Jackson State a 28-21 lead that they never lost.

FAMU Quarterback Daniel Richardson passed for 248 yards, 3 touchdowns and 1 interception. FAMU Running Back Thaddius Franklin Jr. had 63 yards rushing.  Wide Receiver A’Ceon Cobb had 3 catches for 92 yards and 2 touchdowns. Wide Receiver Jamari Gassett had 4 catches for 64 yards and 1 touchdown. The Rattlers drop to 3-3 this season after going 12-1 last season.
